Dr. Gwendolyn Blue focuses her research on citizen engagement with science and technology, and how this unfolds within informal realms such as consumer and lifestyle practices. She is now examining informal, dialogue based forms of public engagement, such as science cafes, and their capacity to mobilize critical public dialogue about emerging issues in science and technology.
